Sizes
TDL Roll-Off Dumpster size:
- ) 10 cubic yards of bin capacity = 11ft x 96″ wide
- ) 13 cubic yards of bin capacity = 11 ft x 8 ft wide x 51” tall
- ) 16 cubic yards of bin capacity = 14 ft x 7 ft wide x 60″ tall
- ) 20 cubic yards of bin capacity = 14 ft x 7 ft wide x 67″ tall
- ) 30 cubic yards of bin capacity = 13 cubic yard and a 20 cubic yard dumpster
- ) 40 cubic yards of bin capacity = 20 cubic yard and a 20 cubic yard dumpster
TDL Wheeled Dumpster sizes:
- ) 10 cubic yards of bin capacity = 14 ft x 83” wide x 36” tall
- ) 10 cubic yards of bin capacity = 12 ft x 72″ wide x 48″ tall
Pricing
All dumpster rentals are for 7 days of use. Each day after carries an additional charge. Rental starts day we drop off, and will be picked up 7 days later, unless customer notifies office for additional days.

$219 for 7 day rental. Includes 1,500 lbs of use

Additional Misc. Costs:
- Dumpster overflow – $75 hour to reduce load
- Additional Day Rental – $25 per additional day extra
- Tires – $15 a tire
- Disposing of prohibited items – $500 a container possible (We are serious about not disposing of prohibited items. This could go higher also) List of items can be found on Page 3.
- Overweight charge – $0.04 cents per pound exceeding given weight.
Terms and Conditions of Use
TDL wants to inform customers of responsibilities and duties of rental agreement. Due to State laws and regulations we have outlined very important standards to follow.
- Dumpsters may not be filled past the top rail of dumpster by State Law.
- Dumpsters may not be moved or pushed at anytime
- Drop off spots have to be on level ground
- Any drop off spots off roads, driveways or gravel paths have to be confirmed by customer. Some drop spots may be denied by TDL at anytime due to safety or trucks/trailers getting stuck. WE cannot be responsible for damage caused by dumpsters in drop off spots that were specified beyond our normal drop areas. Customer assumes responsibility of cleaning or removing dirt and rocks tracked on streets or roadways of muddy drop spots. Customer warrants sufficient location that can bear weight of all equipment and vehicles. Customer agrees that TDL will not be responsible for damage to any pavement, walkways, lawns, or concrete needed to perform services.
- Any damage to dumpsters could occur a fee
- Weight limit may not be exceeded per dumpster rented. Max weight will be labeled.
- Customer required to sign delivery of dumpster and start of service
- If we come out and area not safe for drop off, customer will be charged $75.00 for non service and time.
- At any point TDL can terminate service if terms and conditions are not being honored.
- Weight must be distributed evenly throughout the container
- Customers are required to use dumpsters for use intended. We are not responsible for improper use of dumpster, including but not limited to: people climbing in and out and falling hurting oneself or causing injury or even death. Use of dumpster is for disposing of materials safely over walls.
- In some cases permits and approval fees are needed. Customer is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits, approvals and fees needed for dumpster use.
- Customer must fully assume liability for use of dumpster. Customer cannot hold Trentel’s Design & Landscaping LLC DBA TDL Dumpster Rental responsible for harm to employees, liability for claims, damages, losses, and expenses including attorney fees resulting from use of dumpster. Trentel’s Design & Landscaping LLC DBA TDL Dumpster Rental Contract
Terms & Conditions Agreement:
TDL 10 cubic yard Wheeled Dumpster:
- Customer agrees to pay $219 (base fee) for the 10 Cubic yard Wheeled Dumpster which includes up to 1,500 lbs of material as well as any overages due to overloading or additional days requested by the customer. Any weight over the included weight will be charged $0.04 cents a pound.
- Additional days of use over the 7 days included are billed at $25 per additional day.
TDL 13 cubic yard Roll-Off Dumpster:
- Customer agrees to pay $249 (base fee) for the 13 cubic yard Roll-Off Dumpster which includes up to 2,000 lbs of materials as well as any overages due to overloading or additional days requested by the customer. Any weight over the included weight will be charged $0.04 cents a pound.
- Additional days of use over the 7 days included are billed at $25 per additional day.
TDL 20 cubic yard Roll-Off Dumpster:
- Customer agrees to pay $299 (base fee) for the 20 cubic yard Roll-Off Dumpster which includes up to 3,000 lbs of materials as well as any overages due to overloading or additional days requested by the customer. Any weight over the included weight will be charged $0.04 cents a pound.
- Additional days of use over the 7 days included are billed at $25 per additional day.
TDL 30 cubic yard Roll-Off Dumpster:
- Customer agrees to pay $379 (base fee) for the 30 cubic yard Roll-Off Dumpster (consisting of a 13 cubic yard and a 20 cubic yard dumpster) which includes up to 4,000 lbs of materials as well as any overages due to overloading or additional days requested by the customer. Any weight over the included weight will be charged $0.04 cents a pound.
- Additional days of use over the 7 days included are billed at $25 per additional day.
TDL 40 cubic yard Roll-Off Dumpster:
- Customer agrees to pay $429 (base fee) for the 40 cubic yard Roll-Off Dumpster (consisting of two 20 cubic yard dumpsters) which includes up to 4,500 lbs of materials as well as any overages due to overloading or additional days requested by the customer. Any weight over the included weight will be charged $0.04 cents a pound.
- Additional days of use over the 7 days included are billed at $25 per additional day.
All Dumpster Rentals:
- Customer is responsible for any additional fees assessed by disposal site for items outlined on any of Page 1-4 on contract. Please read carefully Prohibited Items.
- This TDL dumpster rental includes 7 days of rental starting day of drop off. If container is needed longer than the 7 day rental period, please notify office and confirmed days are billed at $25 per additonal day for dumpster rented. TDL has right to deny rental past 7 days if dumpster is scheduled for another customer.
- Payment is due for base price at time of drop off. This payment is between $250-$525 (We have outlined cost above). Any extra prices will be added to credit card after service, or billed additional after service. Extra payment due 10 days after pick up. WE accept: Credit card, Check, or Cash.
Customer agrees to the following terms and conditions for the rental of described services. This signature also states you read and understand all (4) pages of rental terms and conditions.
